Show Units at the Amberwood at Holland Showflat

Three show units are built at the showflat, one each from the 3 Bedroom Flexi, 4 Bedroom Premium and 5 Bedroom Luxe bands, spanning both collections: C3F(p) and D4P(p) from the Signature Collection and E3L from the Luxe Collection. Two of the three, C3F(p) and D4P(p), are 1st-storey units with a private enclosed space (PES) in place of the balcony at the same strata area.

3 Bedroom Flexi (Type C3F(p), 958 sqft): three bedrooms, a Flexi room with its own split air-conditioning unit, two bathrooms, a WC and a yard; V-ZUG cooker hood, 3-burner gas hob and oven, Liebherr fridge cum freezer, V-ZUG washer dryer combo.
4 Bedroom Premium (Type D4P(p), 1,227 sqft): four bedrooms including a Junior Master, three bathrooms, a WC, a walk-in wardrobe and a dry kitchen beside the kitchen; V-ZUG 3-burner gas hob and oven, Liebherr free-standing fridge and free-standing freezer, V-ZUG washer and dryer.
5 Bedroom Luxe (Type E3L, 1,561 sqft): five bedrooms including a Junior Master, three bathrooms, a WC, a kitchen with an island and a private lift opening into a private lift lobby; natural marble in the living and dining, V-ZUG 5-burner gas hob and steamer, Liebherr undercounter wine chiller.

The site plan and the precinct. The show units. Walking the three show units is how to judge what renders and plans cannot: the room proportions, the 3.18 m ceiling in the living, dining and bedrooms, and the V-ZUG, Liebherr and Villeroy & Boch fittings at hand. The step from D4P(p) to E3L is also the step from the Signature Collection to the Luxe Collection, with porcelain tiles giving way to natural marble in the living and dining, a split system to concealed ducted air-conditioning, and a 3-burner hob to a 5-burner hob with a steamer.
