Sim Lian Group Limited began in 1976 as Sim Lian Construction, and its two core activities are property development and construction. The group formed Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd in 2001 for property development, and it was listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange for 16 years, from 2000 until it was privatised and delisted in 2016.
